On Sunday 10 January 2021 aged 46 years. Loved son of Judy and the late Owen; father of Conor; brother to Graeme, David, Raymond, Stephen and Andrew and uncle to all of his nieces and nephews. A service for Adrian will be held at the Citizens RSA Club, 179 Jellicoe St Te Puke Wednesday 13 January at 2pm, followed by private cremation.
