The first of the dining pods are now in place on the frontage of the new Farmers development on Elizabeth Street.
A statement from Elizabeth Towers says with the pods now in place, people can start seeing what the dining experience at Thirty Eight Elizabeth will look like.
'This design, which includes the pods, creates an international flavour, a cosmopolitan vibe that you're more likely to find in Melbourne or Singapore,” Brett Nicholls says in the recently released statement.
'We are close to securing some exciting offerings in food and beverage and will be updating you as soon as possible on those developments.
'We want the offering to be of high quality, to match the elegant design and level of investment that is Thirty Eight Elizabeth.”
Brett says equally as exciting is the progress of the towers.
'We are now at level 7 of 10 in the West Tower, and steel is already being installed to support the penthouse level in the East Tower.
'The first window frames are appearing in the apartments, now behind white plastic wrap.”
Also going up are the interior wall frames, which Brett says makes abundantly clear their promise of generous proportions in the apartments, from the one bedroom to the three bedroom.

I recall driving over to the Farmers store at Bayfair because parking was a major issue at the old store. Unless I was willing to pay for parking on top of my purchase. I could probably have a good guess at the types of dining options that will be on offer and suspect that similar options will be available where parking isn't a major consideration for an evening out.
