Evidence hard to ignore

Your correspondent Peter Dey appears to be awash with a view of NZ's history, as promulgated by maori.
How can anyone ignore:
Two thousand year old carbon dated rat bones.
Inscripted rocks at Raglan depicting navigational instruments that are similar to petroglyphs found in caves in Irian Jaya.
Ruapuke Beach wreck and the ancient standing stone high above the Ruapuke beach. (pictured)
Wrecked junks impaled upside down high on the cliffs of the South Island. The cliffs sometimes disgorge cannonballs, counterweights and miscellaneous objects including the remains of a ship's bell, a laminated knife, and a very old Buddhist brooch.
The smelter at Le Bons Bay. Smelting iron with high firing temperatures had been in use long before maori arrived.
Takiroa Rock drawing of an ancient ship, Waitaki River, North Otago.
The Mount Tauhara (Taupo) inscriptions of a Phoenician ship and other inscriptions.
Maunganui Bluff site that supports evidence of the study of celestial bodies in line with Stonehenge on the Salisbury Plain in England.
The systematic destroyal of ancient historic sites within the Waipoua Forest. The forest is owned by New Zealanders as a conservation site and is managed by DOC.
At DOC's pleasure this land is leased to maori who are using big machinery under the guise of logging to destroy New Zealand's true history.
These are but a few of our nations historical ‘footprints in time' that are being studiously ignored by politicians, some biased historians and others.
