Passed away unexpectedly at Tauranga Hospital, on 19 October 2021, aged 70. Surrounded by his loving family, Gill, Sam, Anna, Katie, Danny, Louise and his partner Jiyon. Brother to Diana, Duncan and Jan. Papa Andy to the Cook Island people he loved and served. Orthopaedic Surgeon, friend, mentor and colleague. Loved by all and forever in our hearts.
