A Tauranga video game store has been named as a contact tracing location of interest by the Ministry of Health.

Anyone who was at EB Games Tauranga Crossing Mall between 1.30pm and 3pm last Monday, December 27, should self-monitor for symptoms for 10 days and, if symptoms develop, get a test and stay home until returning a negative test.

On Sunday, Te Puke Bowling Club and St Thomas Moore Church in Mount Maunganui were also named as locations of interest.

Anyone at the Te Puke Bowling Club on Tuesday, December 28 between 8.15am - 5 pm is being advised to self-isolate, test immediately and on day five after being exposed at this location.

The other close contact location is St Thomas More Church on Gloucester Road in Mount Maunganui.

People who attended the church on Sunday, December 26 between 8.am - 10.30 am need to to self isolate and test immediately, as well as on day five.

The ministry says further isolation and testing requirements will be provided by Public Health.
