A second person has been arrested in relation to the 2018 murder of David Kuka in Tauranga and police are refusing to rule out further arrests.

David was fatally shot at an address in Wilrose Place on February 11 2018.

'Today, Police have arrested a second man in relation to Mr Kuka's death, a 36-year-old from Tauranga,” says a police statement.

He is due to appear in Tauranga District Court tomorrow, 21 January, charged with murder.

'Police cannot rule out further arrests,” reads a police statement.

A 34-year-old man was charged with David's murder in December and appeared in Tauranga District Court.
