The Ministry of Health has updated their locations of interest list to include three locations in Rotorua.

Two bars and a citizens club have been added.

Anyone at Vault Bar on Hinemoa Street on Thursday, January 13 from 5.40pm to 12.45am the following morning, Friday, January 14; Rotorua Citizens Club on Rangiuru Street on Saturday January 15 from 9am to 4pm and Kasper's Sports Bar (Gaming Room) on Tutanekai Street on Tuesday, January 18 from 7.30pm to 8.30pm is being asked to self-isolate.

You should then test immediately and on day five after you were exposed at this location of interest.

Further isolation and testing requirements will be provided by Public Health.

The locations come after 14 new cases of Covid-19 were reported in the Lakes DHB region today, all in the Rotorua District.

Nine of today's cases are linked to previously reported cases, the remaining cases are still being investigated to determine any links.

All cases are isolating at home or in managed accommodation.
