New locations of interest linked to a suspected Omicron case in Queenstown have been posted on the Ministry of Health website.
The Hotel St Moritz Queenstown and Queenstown Airport were added to the page at 9am.
Anyone at the hotel between 12am and 12pm on Saturday 22 January and anyone at the airport between 2.15pm and 3pm the same day is advised to self-monitor for Covid-19 symptoms for 10 days after exposure.
If symptoms develop, testing required and you must remain at home until a negative result is returned.

Given only 1 in 8 cases is actually known and recorded, what is the point of tracing and isolation? We learn today that an Omicron case visited Tauranga KFC a week ago. Yes, a week ago. So how do they think it is useful to tell us now? Pointless ghost chasing again. When will they just learn to accept it and let people live their lives?
