Covid-19: New locations of interest in Tauranga

The Ministry of Health has announced new locations of interest for Tauranga.

A barbers in Papamoa and a bar at Fraser Cove are both listed as 'close contact' locations on Monday.

The Barber Shack Papamoa Beach at 30B Gravatt Road, Papamoa Beach has been listed as a 'close contact' for 12.15pm - 1pm on Sunday, February 6.

Worlds End Bar Tauranga at 227 Fraser Street, Tauranga South has also been listed as a 'close contact, for 8.30pm Saturday, February 5, to 1am Sunday, February 6.

"Anyone who was at either of these locations at the same time as the person who has tested positive for Covid-19 is advised to self-isolate, test immediately and on day 5 after being exposed at this location of interest," advises the Ministry.

"Further isolation and testing requirements will be provided by Public Health."

Worlds End was closed to the public for a private function. All scanned all double vaxxed… 1000 cases today and worlds end is a place of interest??? Business is hard enough without news irrelevant news like this. Are u goin to post locations of every private party or just try and hurt business as much as you can
