George Murray passed away in Hamilton on Saturday 26th March 22, aged 76. Loving husband of the late Margaret and father to Grant, Sheryl, Darryn and the late Rob. Granddad to Olivia, Ben, Natham, Jayden, Mitchell, Regan, Laura, Monty, Alfie, Matthew, Luke and the late Kaleb. Great-Granddad to Nova and Hazel. Brother to Allan, Michael, Ruth and the late Peggy. The family are holding a private ceremony limited to 25 people to celebrate George's life at 11am on Saturday 2nd April in Tauranga. There will be a livestream of the service via the Hope Family Funeral services website.
Thank you to everyone who has been friends with and supported Dad, we appreciate it more than you can know. He is now at peace and reunited with Mum - gone but never forgotten.
He will be buried with Mum in the Pyes Pa Cemetery in Tauranga, Block B, Row 16 if you wish to visit from this Sunday onward to pay your respects.
