Joy Barbara Nowley, only daughter of Frank and Annie McKinley (Coromandel) both deceased. Birth daughter of Muriel James (nee Larsen) of Pio Pio, Te Awamutu. Dearly loved sister of Norman and sister-in-law of Gwen, Tutukaka. Half-sister of Graham Stout, Malaysia (deceased) and Kaaren Fitzgerald, Melbourne (deceased). Former wife of Bill Nowley, Mooloolaba (deceased). Loved and respected Mother of Barry, Brian, Lesley-Anne and Christopher. Stepmother to Carol and Janet. Loved Gran, Nana Joy, Grandma, and GG to her 19 Grandchildren and 31 and a half great-grandchildren with more to follow... Loved mother-in-law to Merlisa, Michelle, Linda, Sheree, Heather, Sarah, Barry, and Warwick. Joy was always there for everyone; she's now at rest with no more suffering.

Joy's service will be held at Pyes Pa Memorial Park & Chapel, 403 Pyes Pa Road on Saturday 13th of August at 2 pm with delicious refreshments afterward next door followed by an evening of celebrating Joy's life as she was 'Simply the Best” (venue to be advised).
