The day two creatures of the same gender can
reproduce their own kind is the day I will support
same sex ‘marriage'. The day the mouse and the
mole of the opposite sex can produce an elephant is
the day I'll support evolution.

Christ, the author of Christianity showed it by His teaching and example. Because most of His followers miss the mark doesn't deny or condemn His teaching. If we followed the Christ as He lived and taught can you just imagine what a wonderful place this world would be!
He and his Father created it for us to live in. I sorrow for those of the same sex who haven't found a mate of the opposite sex. God says it is not good for man to live alone, so he created Eve, a woman to live with Adam to complete him and procreate.

He didn't create Adam and Steve. God doesn't support just living together what we used to call ‘shacking up' or with a ceremony Civil Union. Incidentally He doesn't support divorce either; to Him it's an abomination. Doesn't the Bible teach we are to love and forgive one another even our enemies?

There's nothing wrong with two men sharing the same house, they can be good company, but they can't marry. It's certainly not the ideal environment in which to bring up a child, in spite of there being some unhappy marriages.
Can anybody tell me why the Roman and Greek empires collapsed? It looks as if our nation and culture is heading the same way.
