Peacefully on 15 September 2022 in Tauranga aged 93 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late John. Much loved Mum and mother-in-law of Cathy and the late Trevor, Jennifer and Robin, and Shona. Much loved Gran of Jo, James, Claire, David, Amelia, Karen, Asher, Melissa, Megan, and all of her great-grandchildren.

A service for Sylvia is to be held at St Columba Presbyterian Church, 502 Otumoetai Road, Tauranga, on Wednesday 21 September at 10.30am followed by a burial at Hamilton Park, Morrinsville Road, Newstead.
