Passed away peacefully at The Avenues Care Home on 17th September after a long illness. Dearly loved husband of Jan and father of Chris, father-in-law of Sue and ‘Grandad Santa' of Benny and Harvey. Dearly loved brother of John, Mary, Kay, Robert and the late Sally. Loved brother-in-law of Jim. Uncle of Lewis and Julia, Matthew, Emma, Larissa and James. Jan and Chris wish to thank Sophie and her team at the Avenues Care Home for their kind and expert care of Richard in his final days. There will be an informal occasion celebrating Richard's life at Elliotts Chapel at 414 Cameron Road at 2pm on Wednesday 21st September.
