(1919-2022) Mavis peacefully passed away after her long journey of nearly 103 years, on 20 September 2022. Much loved wife of Doug (dcd 2000) and much loved and inspirational mother and grandmother to Gary and Sharon, Wendy and Russell Cockburn, Rob (dcd 2001) and Rosemary, Karen and Bob Burningham.; and Nanan to her thirteen grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. A celebration of Mavis's life will be held at the Tauranga Bridge Club, 252 Ngatai Rd, Otumoetai, Tauranga, on Sunday 25 September 2022 at 12pm. Bright attire welcomed.
