Wow July !! Bit of a possibility someone recognizes the vehicle with a different colour bonnet but in reality bit late to ask people to remember plus any possible car dash cam footage likely long recorded over. Releasing this footage at the time may have produced a better outcome

Six weeks after the fact !!! My dash cam is over written after 14 days !! What other driver in the picture is going to remember anything of value after six weeks??
