Two rescued following Coromandel jetski incident

Coromandel CFM are reporting two people have been rescued from the water following a jetksi incident at the Tairua bar.
it is understood that a jetski flipped on the Tairua bar in Pauaunui on Saturday morning with people ending up in the water. Emergency services responded.
"We understand some people have been recovered from the water and a rescue is underway for the remaining people," writes a Coromandel CFM spokesperson earlier to their Facebook page.
A further update followed at around 11.20am.
"We now understand that it was a Jetski that has flipped on the bar and only two people were involved and both have been recovered from the water."
