Unbelievable

This dividing wire barrier is often destroyed and must cost a bit to repair. The good part is some innocent driver going the other direction hopefully has avoided a head on collision. The bad thing is how could someone who is in a single lane lose control or concentration and hit the centre line barrier. Aside from a medical event it is a mystery.
