UPDATE 8.44AM: No injuries have been reported following a two vehicle crash on Takitimu Drive.

A police spokesperson says police responded to a two vehicle crash on Takitimu Drive at 7.20am.

"It appears the road was partially blocked for a short time but is free now.

"There were no injuries."

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.

EARLIER:

Motorists are advised to expect delays following a crash on Takitimu Drive.

Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency reports that due to a crash, the right eastbound lane is blocked on SH2 after Cameron Rd Off-ramp, and after the link from SH29 (Toll Rd).

"Expect delays on both eastbound routes and pass the scene with care."
