The Ministry of Health says if you test positive or negative, you should report the results of your rapid antigen test. You can only do this online through My Covid Record or by calling the helpline by calling 0800 222 478 and choosing option 3.
If you test positive for Covid-19 you must self-isolate for seven days while you recover. This includes if you have had Covid-19 before. Day 0 is the day your symptoms started or when you tested positive, whichever came first.

Still too high.

12,000 a week is worthy of our attention. It doesn't hurt to keep a mask in your pocket or purse and use it if you find yourself in confined quarters with other people. Be aware that things like shopping trolleys can carry Covid and we are not seeing the disinfecting of hands routinely as we did during the pandemic. We're all fed up with it and would rather get on with our lives, but these numbers show we still need some vigilance.
