UPDATE 5.06pm: A Tauranga City Council spokesperson says the crash scene "is now clear" after a motorcycle collided with a ute earlier today.

The road was previously down to one lane, but is now fully reopen after the crash.

EARLIER 4.43pm: Emergency services are at the scene of a crash between a ute and a motorcycle on the State Highway 29A Cameron Road roundabout in Pyes Pa.

"At present, the road is open, however delays can be expected," says a Tauranga City Council spokesperson.

"Traffic heading towards Tauriko on SH29A is down to one lane past the crash scene."

According to Google Maps, traffic is moving slowly in the area.
