Peacefully on 18th June 2023, aged 82 years.

Son of the late Brian and Win, and brother and brother in law of Nona and the late Roger.

A celebration of Noel's life will be held at the Paengaroa Community Hall, 4 Old Coach Road Paengaroa on Friday 23rd June at 1pm.
