Police are investigating a burglary on Grey Street, Tauranga this morning.

"At around 5.45am, Police were called after a group of people broke into a store," says a police spokesperson.

"They stole several items before fleeing the scene.

"Police are following positive lines of enquiry to locate those responsible."
