Delays are being reported on Takitimu Drive following a truck crash.

A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says a car and truck have crash in Takitimu Drive, near the Takitimu Drive on-ramp.

"Emergency services are at the scene.

"People should expect delays in the area."

A police spokesperson says they received calls to a crash between truck and a motor vehicle at 10.45am, on Takitimu Drive, Tauranga South, which involved two drivers.
