Rahim passed away peacefully at home on 2 October 2023, filled with love and gratitude, with loved ones by his side. Aged 70. He was the beloved husband and sweetheart of Harsha Rigney. Much loved and adored Dad of Amie Callaghan and Sufi Rigney. A wonderful and deeply loved Papa of Larz Rigney. A close friend and brother-in-law to Carole and Hamish Johnston, Andi and Gene Rigney.

Rahim shared his love for music with us all; inspiring, teaching and gifting us with his songs and singing. His music lives on in our hearts.

A remarkable soul, whose inner beauty, compassion and love will always be with us.

A celebration of Rahim’s life will be held at 10:30am, on Monday 9 October 2023, at Legacy Tauranga 383 Pyes Pa Road Tauranga, followed by a private cremation.
