Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday 9 November 2023. Loved soulmate of Sam, loved and devoted mum of Helen and Bryn, loved step-mum of Stacey, Adam and Emma, loved mother-in-law of Kathy, Matthew, Josh, Rhi and Tim, adored nana to all her grandchildren. A service to celebrate and remember Jan will be held at 10am on Monday 13 November 2023 at Pyes Pa Memorial Park Chapel 403 Pyes Pa Road Tauranga.
