There is currently an oil leak on Marine Parade following an accident at 4:03pm.
A police spokesperson says police are responding to reports of a two-vehicle crash on Marine Parade.
No injuries have been reported, says the spokesperson.
"It looks like there is a spill or leak of oil on the road that may cause delays while it is cleaned," they say.
Drivers should be avoid the area or prepare to expect delays.
Google Maps is showing light traffic around the Tay Street area.
