Kennedy Road is currenty blocked after a single vehicle incident.
A police spokesperson says "A vehicle towing a boat has managed to jack knife the trailer on Kennedy Road at 10:55am.
"The road at the time was blocked, looks to still be the case."
Google Maps is showing the road is congestion in the area.
