A SunLive reader is reporting a vehicle crash on the corner of 15th Ave and Burrows Street in Tauranga South.
"They've taken out the traffic lights at the intersection," says the SunLive reader.
"Traffic is now building up along 15th Ave."
It is unknown at this stage if there are any injuries.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and to take alternative routes.

Another vehicle accident at a controlled intersection its about time motorists woke up and concentrated when they are behind the wheel

Tough call. Was it a medical event, serious mechanical failure, a blow-out . . . but I do generally agree that motorists need to wake up and concentrate. Put that bloody phone down.
