Two people are suffering from minor injuries after a crash in Hairini.

"There was a two vehicle crash at the intersection of the Poike and Ohauiti Roads, reported around 6:50am," says a police spokesperson.

"Two people have been reported to minor injuries.

"One lane was blocked for a period of time."
