Emergency services are responding to the scene of a motorcycle crash in Rotorua.

Police say there is a partial road closure in place while emergency services attend a crash involving a single motorcycle on Fairy Springs Road.

"The crash was reported at around 4.10pm," says a police spokesperson.

One person has been injured and Serious Crash Unit are in attendance.

"Diversions are in place, please avoid the area and expect delays."
