Human life over productivity, sacrifice

Acceptable death.. sacrifice for productivity? and as demanded by the underwear tripping.. we must drive at 100kph on roads only certified safe for 80kph europen standards where 100 requires a medium barrier. 80 ( under 100) , most likely to survive head on.
OK the problem is poor driving skills - yeah right @ . Google Maps zoom in and look at the road surface used in construction.. add water.. slide off. NZTAs put down the good stuff ( hotmix as seen world wide ) only the dangerous sections, ie bends.. This road would only be 80 in France , and build to a higher safer standard
