Passed away peacefully at Malyon House, Mount Maunganui, on Monday 9th September 2024. Born at St. Annes, Auckland, on 24th September 1937. Only child of Merla and Eric Perkinson. Widowed wife of Doug Smith. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Donna (decd), Sandii and Aaron, Glenn and nan to beloved grandson George.
