Ernie passed away peacefully on 19 October 2024 at CHT Bernadette, Mount Maunganui. Treasured husband of Nancy and dearly loved father of Christopher; Stephen and Sheryl; Richard and Sharlene; David and Corinne. Loved poppa of Rory, Ella, Jimmy, Amira, Oliver, Makayla, Macy, Cruz and Tamika.

A service to celebrate Ernie’s life, will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday 23 October at St Thomas More Church, 19 Gloucester Road, Mount Maunganui, followed by burial at the Pyes Pa Cemetery, Tauranga.
