Update, 11.23am: Traffic has been reduced to one lane on Newton Street at Mount Maunganui following a vehicle crash.
"A vehicle rolled on Newton Street, near Hull Road, about 10.40am," a police spokesperson said.
"There are no serious injuries."
A SunLive reader said traffic is moving slowly.
"It's down to one lane at the moment," said the SunLive reader.
Earlier, 10.48am: Emergency services are responding to the scene of a vehicle roll at Mount Maunganui.
A SunLive reader who called 0800SUNLIVE said the vehicle has rolled near the Hull Road end of Newton Road.
"Traffic is going to be held up for a while," says the SunLive reader.
It is unknown at this stage if there are any injuries.
Motorists are advised to take care and to expect delays.
