Read the car park signage carefully

Use the council car parking as suggested here, whatever you do Do Not go into the private parking such as by the Red Square even if it is empty on weekends etc. $95 fine, and monitoring by remote cameras, run by a parking company and no let offs.
Speaking from experience!
