Passed away on March 9th 2025, at home surrounded by his family, in his 75th year.  Dearly loved husband of Celia.  Beloved Dad of Sarah, Gregory and Rebecca.  Adored Grandad of Thomas, Willow and Jack, and Father-in-law to Richard and David.  Cherished brother of Jessie, David, Jenny, Mac and Bruce and the late John, Peter and Kathy.  Wardie's love, friendship and humour enriched many lives.  The family asks for donations to Waipuna Hospice in lieu of flowers or other gestures, in recognition of the wonderful care and support they provided to Mike and family.  A private cremation has been held.  A public celebration of Mike's life will take place at 11am on Saturday, 22nd March 2025 at Mount Maunganui College Hall.
