Fire and Emergency services attended two incidents this afternoon where people were stuck in flood waters.
A Fire and Emergency spokesman said the first call was at 2.34pm this afternoon.
Three fire trucks and a support vehicle were sent to the White Pine Bush Road address, and one person was rescued.
The second incident occurred in Poroporo. “We received a call at 3.21pm this afternoon to people stuck in flood waters,” he said.
“We responded with four fire trucks and rescued three people from the water.”
No further details were available.
