Tauranga's long established real estate brand Eves Realty is expanding its base with new offices in Hamilton.

The 30-year-old business has always been based in the Bay of Plenty and this will be the first time it has opened an office outside the region.

Eves Reality is opening a new branch office in Hamilton.

The expansion marks the businesses entrance into the steadily growing Hamilton residential property market.

Chief executive of Realty Services Group, which owns both Eves and Bayleys, Ross Stanway is extremely enthusiastic about the expansion.

He says it will bring about opportunities for property owners and enhance the connection between the Bay of Plenty and Waikato – with many people owning properties in both regional markets.

Eves sister company Bayleys Waikato has branches in Hamilton, Cambridge and Matamata.

Ross says Eves also has a strong connection with many schools, sports clubs, cultural and community groups, which the company will be looking to develop in Hamilton.

Gordon Stewart, well known real estate personality in both Hamilton and Tauranga, will manage the introduction of Eves Hamilton office, and looks forward to working with a team of professional real estate consultants, planned to quickly expand.

Eves has more than 2200 residential property managements in its established areas and this will be a significant part of future growth plans in Hamilton, says Ross.

The opening of Eves Realty office this month will bring up a total of nine offices.
