No substances were needed to enjoy a knockout session of boxing in Brookfield this week.
The event, run as part of the 100 per cent Summer without Substances, is aimed at offering Tauranga youth the opportunity to enjoy a substance free life.

It culminates in the Summerfest festival at Blake Park on February 2.
On Thursday night young people gathered at Sydenham Botanic Park in Brookfield for the second event of the programme, which was launched in Merivale earlier in the week.
Youth participated in a range of activities including boxing, cooking and volleyball.
The Welcome Bay Community Centre will host the third event tonight from 4.30pm to 6pm.
Free events including Urban Dance company workshops and mechanical bull riding, will run until February 2.
