What's on Today? Dog parade

Big dogs, small dogs, fluffy or not, are strutting their stuff on the ‘dog' walk for the Tauranga Kennel Association's annual ribbon parade today.

Ribbon parades, primarily for new exhibitors and local pedigree dog owners are held in January, May and August each year.

The parade is at Waipuna Park, Welcome Bay today. The TKA committee will be on hand to answer any questions about dog related matters.

Entries are being taken from 8.15am. There is a $4 cost per dog to enter or $2 per stake class.

The All Breeds Championship shows are held at Waipuna Park in October.
