Making health and wellness fun is the aim for Bayswater Lifestyle Village on today.

Bayswater Village is holding a Health and Wellness Expo and Open Day for residents and the public.

Bayswater staff help provide their residents with the information they need.

Bayswater Care Services Manager Sheryl Conn was involved in the event two years ago, and says it was a big success and residents insisted it be brought back.

'There were 18 exhibitors last time and this time we have had no trouble filling the village Leisure Centre,” says Sheryl.

This year's expo is hosting 27 keen exhibitors from a variety of health and wellness disciplines, including natural and traditional medicines.

'The expo provides information and direction for the retired community and delivers it in a fun setting.”

The expo is at Bayswater Lifestyle Village, which is part of the Metlifecare family of villages from 10am to 2pm.

The free expo will double as an open day for people to Lifestyle retirement living.

The Lifestyle village is located at 60 Maranui Street, Mount Maunganui.
