What’s on Today?

Good morning SunLive readers, hope everyone is well today and ready to enjoy Saturday.

Today marks the start of the strict-four day selling period of fireworks, as people celebrate Guy Fawkes.

ASB Baypark is hosting its annual Saloon Cars Series/Guy Fawkes event tonight.

Last night St Mary's School celebrated Guy Fawkes with a spectacular fireworks display and tonight Te Puke's Fairhaven School is getting in on the action from 5pm with a band, new gala games and random spot prizes as people enter the gala. Children are $4 and adults $5.

Looking for something with a little more thrill, then head down the ASB Baypark Speedway for the annual Saloon Cars Series/Guy Fawkes event tonight at 6.30pm.

The family event features a new family funzone with a bouncy castle, face painting and balloon art. Gates open at 5pm.
