sad i think the government really needs to bring in laws which ban these quad bikes from farms i know it has a lot to do with the driver but they were never made as all terrain vehicles which is why they roll and flip on a side of a hill hope the girl makes a full recovery
Yea right

Four wheelers are needed on farms...just because someone dies from making a mistake at driving it you want to outlaw something that's needed...it's like saying ban cars because people die in car crashes
These are not Toys

Tragic that we have to get laws passed to ban a vehicle type that has injured or killed someone. How about we pass laws to ban tractors, trucks, cars and any other piece of machinery that has ever hurt killed or maimed anyone? The reality is, that if these vehicles are operated safely within their design parameters they are no more dangerous than any other vehicle. They were designed as an off road vehicle to cover all terrain and found a useful place all over the world in the agricultural field. Accidents like these should not happen but if vehicles get pushed beyond their safety and design limits by boisterous or unskilled use then we can hardly blame the vehicle type for deaths or injuries. Same goes for anything else mechanical!
