The Katikati community is rallying behind the Kaur family following the head-on crash which killed nine-year-old Jasnoor.
Jasnoor was travelling with her brother Prabjot, 12, and their 34-year-old mother Rajwinder Kaur in a blue Subaru on State Highway 29 when a Nissan car, travelling west towards Matamata, crossed the centreline crashing into the family on May 29 about 4.30pm.

The family were heading back from Waikato Hospital after an appointment earlier in the morning.
Jasnoor died at the scene.
Rajwinder suffered a fractured leg and internal injuries, while her 12-year-old son suffered spinal injuries and was taken to Starship Hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.
Rajbir Kaur, 20, who was driving the blue Subaru, and her 5-year-old nephew Parmeet Bhaskar, were also seriously injured in the crash.
The driver of the Nissan, Roy Baxter, passed away on June 3 and will be farewelled at a service in Mount Maunganui this afternoon.

Katikati resident Carwyn Morgan is organising a fundraising event at Moore Park today to support the Kaur family.
He says Prabjot played rugby with his son.
'A lot of local businesses have donated items. We have cake stalls and raffles happening while the children play their games.
'The whole day is about the family at the end of the day.”
Carwyn says the weekend before the accident Prabjot was playing in the team on the field. 'You know what he wanted to be, New Zealand's first Indian All Black. His chances aren't looking too good at the moment.
'He's still in Starship Hospital in Auckland. He's out of intensive care but his vertebrae aren't good.”
Game play at Moore Park started at 8.30am when the juniors hit the field. This will be followed by the intermediates before the seniors take to the field later on.
'Besides cake stalls and raffles, there will also be barbecues and I think the seniors will be doing something as well about 11.30am when their game kicks off.
'NZL at The Mount have donated a couple of All Black jerseys to be auctioned off, Bay Engineers are donating an angle grinder and power cords and stuff like that.”
Carwyn can't stress enough how the day is about the family and showing community support in their time of need.
