What a scrote?

I can't believe the young couple survived this crash without airbags. The scrote hit them on the wrong side of the road and then fled the scene on foot, not only nearly killed these two young people but also managed to destroy two of my neighbours cars also.

Hope all ok...

I find it interesting that accidents so severe as to trap people in cars, can happen in low speed limit townships.... what are cars made from these days? Paper Mache? I understand that vehicles need 'crumple zones' and all the plastic and pretend metals and multiple airbags for occupants safety... but i think the manufacturers must be making them too weak now.... they need to be strong enough to not crumple onto the occupants? I have a good idea... maybe we could teach people how to drive like in the old days... and an even better idea would be to teach drivers some respect for others and the environment? Naaaaa only kidding... that will never happen... Better add more airbags and crumple zones....
