Police can now confirm the name of the man who died in a single vehicle crash in Pukehina.

Emergency services were called to a single vehicle crash on Pukehina Parade, Pukehina, at 3.15am on Monday, February 3.

A vehicle has left the road and rolled into a creek, said a police spokesperson at the time of the crash.

In a statement today, police have named 55-year-oold Craig Honeybun of Tauranga as the man who died in the crash.

"Police extend our condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased at this time."

"Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing."
