Enquiries are ongoing after a crash that closed State Highway 2, in East Waimana yesterday.
A police spokesperson says it was a single vehicle crash.
'It was reported that five people were in the vehicle and minor injuries were reported.
'The traffic was diverted through Whakatane via Taneatua Road and Wainui Road.”
People with information about the crash are urged to contact their nearest police station.
