Need to get their acts together !! In Aussie, unless there are DEATHS on a road such as SH29A, once the injured are removed from the vehicles, the State Gment's, require the road be cleared and traffic flowing within 30 minutes - of the injured being removed - HERE in NEW ZEALAND it seem that a ROAD BLOCK for 4/5 HOURS. Yes with this little ding at 3pm, the road is still CLOSED at 7pm !!!!
