With the ebbing tide Dave passed away on Sunday 6th November at age 86 after a short battle with cancer. Beloved father to Coral and Craig, Gayle and Steve, treasured uncle to Mark, and special friend to many. His cheeky humour and endless supply of stories will be missed. Heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses and auxiliary staff at Wart 2A at Tauranga Hospital for your care and compassion. In keeping with his wishes, no funeral service will take place, but a memorial celebration of his life will be arranged at a later date.
